The Best Games I Played This Year
This of course is a list of games that I personally feel are the best that you can find. Take into account though that I do not have a powerful PC, nor do I play a lot of games on portable systems, or really ANYTHING on my Wii. I don’t expect everyone to agree with my opinions, but they are mine. Having said all that, let the flame war begin.
Review: Saints Row: The Third (Xbox 360)
Saints Row: The Third is the most utterly ridiculous, over-the-top, bombastic, pile of nonsense I think I may have ever played… and I completely LOVE it for that.
Review: “Dance Central 2″ (Xbox 360)
Dance Central 2 is the sequel to the best selling dance game for Xbox 360 Kinect. Also the Dance Central series continues to be one of the best, if not the only reason, to purchase a Kinect.
Review: “Freddy Vs Jason”
When these two titans of slasher motion pictures were in their respective prime, this film was all anyone wanted to see. Fifteen years later it was finally realized. However, I don’t think anything could have lived up to the hype the names Freddy and Jason carry.
Review: “Batman: Arkham City” (Xbox 360)
Batman: Arkham City is the sequel to one of the best games to come out in 2009, and easily the best comic book hero game to come out in recent memory.
Nintendo Apologizes With Free Games
Nintendo deflected the first barrage of comments [about poor game selection] in the beginning. However when they realized that there was no end in site to the nay-sayers, they caved.

Saints Row The Third. One of the few game where you can kill a hobo with a 4ft purple dildo, shoot people out of a man launcher, and then dance with hookers. Yup, I’m buying this one.

Review: Dead Space 2, Single Player (Xbox 360)
There are so many games on the market now that publishers allow or out right encourage developers to do more and more sequels to. However there are a rare few that the end user would agree needs to go further. Dead Space is one of those series that people have been waiting to see more of, and finally that chance has come.
